How to perform
- Begin in a plank position with your hands directly beneath your shoulders.
- Bring your right knee toward your left elbow, crossing your body.
- Return your right leg to the plank position.
- Repeat the movement on the other side, bringing your left knee toward your right elbow.
- Continue alternating cross-body mountain climbers at a steady pace.
