Welcome to day 2! Today’s challenge is cross-body mountain climbers, an excellent exercise to elevate your heart rate
while targeting your core.

How to perform

  1. Begin in a plank position with your hands directly beneath your shoulders.
  2. Bring your right knee toward your left elbow, crossing your body.
  3. Return your right leg to the plank position.
  4. Repeat the movement on the other side, bringing your left knee toward your right elbow.
  5. Continue alternating cross-body mountain climbers at a steady pace.

Tips

  1. Maintain a strong plank position throughout the exercise.
  2. Engage your core and keep your hips level to maximize effectiveness.
  3. Move with control to ensure proper muscle engagement.
