Relaxing stretch

Take a moment to unwind with the “Relaxing Stretch” yoga plan – a short sequence focused on releasing tension and promoting flexibility. In just 5 minutes, you’ll gently stretch and soothe your muscles, allowing your body to relax and your mind to find calm.

How to perform

  1. Seated forward bend
    Sit with legs extended,
    reach forward toward your toes.
  2. Cat-cow sretch
    Move between arching and rounding your back in a flowing motion.
  3. Seated twist
    Sit cross-legged, twist to one side, and hold; switch sides.
  4. Legs up the wall
    Step one foot forward, bend the kneeand raise your arms overhead.
  5. Corpse pose (Savasana)
    Lie on your back, close your eyes, and focus on your breath.
