Welcome to day 17! Today, we’re introducing an advanced plank variation with spiderman planks, challenging your core stability and adding a dynamic twist.

How to perform

  1. Start in a plank position with your hands beneath your shoulders.
  2. Bring your right knee toward your right elbow, engaging your obliques.
  3. Return to the plank position and repeat on the other side.
  4. Continue alternating Spiderman Planks with controlled movements.
