Welcome to day 18! Today’s challenge is windshield wipers, a dynamic exercise to engage your hip flexors and challenge your core stability.

How to perform

  1. Lie on your back with your legs extended.
  2. Drop your legs to one side while keeping your upper body grounded.
  3. Lift your legs back to the center and drop them to the other side.
  4. Continue alternating Windshield Wipers with controlled movements.

Tips

  1. Keep your upper body stable throughout the movement.
  2. Engage your core to control the lowering and lifting of your legs.
  3. Maintain a steady and controlled pace.
