How to perform

  1. Boat pose
    Sit on the floor, lean back, lift legs
    and extend arms forward.
  2. Plank pose
    Top of a push-up position,
    engage core and keep a straight line.
  3. Upward dog to downward dog flow
    Flow between these two poses
    with your breath.
  4. Side plank
    From a plank position,
    shift weight to one hand and lift the other.
  5. Bridge pose
    Lie on your back, bend knees,
    and lift hips toward the ceiling.
