Welcome to day 23! Today, we’re focusing on stability and strength with the renegade rows,
an exercise that challenges your core and engages your back muscles.

How to perform

  1. Begin in a plank position.
  2. Lift one hand to row, bringing the elbow toward the ceiling.
  3. Lower the hand back to the ground and repeat on the other side.
  4. Continue alternating Renegade Rows with controlled movements.

(you can add any weight like a bottle of water or a kettle ball to make it more challenging)

Tips

  1. Maintain a strong plank position throughout the exercise.
  2. Engage your core to stabilize your body during the row.
  3. Control the weight to avoid unnecessary strain on your lower back.
