Welcome to day 26! Today, we’re testing your core Endurance with plank with knee-to-elbow,
a challenging plank variation to target your obliques.

How to perform

  1. Start in a plank position with your hands beneath your shoulders.
  2. Bring your right knee toward your right elbow, engaging your obliques.
  3. Return to the plank position and repeat on the other side.
  4. Continue alternating knee-to-elbow movements with controlled form.
