How to perform

  1. Mountain pose
    Stand tall, feet together.
    Engage thighs, lengthen spine.
    Roll shoulders back, arms by sides.
    Breathe deeply, feel grounded.
    Be still
  2. Forward fold
    Exhale, hinge at your hips, and reach towards the floor.
  3. Downward dog
    From Forward Fold, step back, lift hips, and straighten arms.
  4. Warrior
    Step one foot forward, bend the knee, and raise your arms overhead.
  5. Child’s pose
    Kneel, sit back on your heels, and extend arms forward.
