Welcome to day 9! Today, we’re emphasizing the obliques with oblique crunches, a targeted exercise to sculpt and strengthen your side abdominals.

How to perform

  1. Lie on your back with your knees bent and hands behind your head.
  2. Lift your shoulder blades off the ground, bringing your right elbow toward your left knee.
  3. Lower back down and repeat the movement on the other side,
    bringing your left elbow toward your right knee.
  4. Continue alternating oblique crunches with controlled movements.

Tips

  1. Keep your elbows wide to engage the obliques fully.
  2. Lift your shoulder blades off the ground to maximize the crunch.
  3. Engage your core throughout the exercise.
